At least Gerard Loubeau spent a little dosh on the Marbella location which lifts a film that is otherwise devoid of anything at all. Plenty of jolly locations, sea and swimming pools etc.
There is no plot to speak of, and the guys and gals indulge in various humping activities whenever they can get it. They are by and large not unattractive although the director seems keen on his shaven havens. There is little eroticism and the whole affair is basically mechanical.

As they were abandoned by the trickster, they plan a "sweet" revenge, and make a macabre plebiscite to find out what to do with it. Adam joins a dinner with the ladies, after dinner, he learns the reason for the invitation and tries to escape, but is captured by the host's henchmen. He is tied, at the mercy of Clarisse's madness; but at the exact moment of executing her plan, she is prevented by Julio, who runs away with Adam, obtaining from him the promise of a night together if they can escape. In the movie, Adão is rich and strong, and makes sex with a lot of girls. He has sexual relationships with six girls, each one is minutely shot. It is not a pornographic movie like the actual ones found in the internet, it is quite different, not only by the story, but also by the way it is shot. Only in the first scene there is explicit sex, the others are simulated (or seems so). The comedy has great laughs, most of them during the sex scenes. But the serious acting is poor, not spontaneous, seems to be forced. As the pornographic aspect of the movie the actresses are hot, but Davi Cardoso is very narcissistic, and many sex scenes focus on him, which is very unpleasant for male audience. There are a couple of shots that causes disgust like the scene he receives massage from a gay butler, or the one the camera focus on his flaccid dick.

If you are sensitive, this is not for you (and the ending tries to top it all off ... as if we didn't know that character had some issues overall)! While putting so many people in one place (to supposedly "cure" them), with many sex fantasies, may not sound like the best idea - it is necessary to have an excuse for all the ... fornicating/sex acts.

Turns out he was just impressively endowed.

A well executed erotic movie delivering a good story as well as acting ability. A couple go to Capri to refresh their marriage but recall their past during 1945 of life on the island and the relationships they had. On the whole Tinto Brass does an excellent job and is worth a look if you like Tonto movies. Better than later movies. This movie along with the key and the voyeur I regard as the best. The sets scenery and location are all perfect and as usual a big budget movie like this seems to deliver, on the negative side, not much to say apart from more intrigue and story would of been good you know pretty much what is going to happen from the beginning. Tinto Brass a true leading director of erotic movies and stands alone. With no one to replace him.

The subject of this film is "ambivalence" to the core - exquisitely photographed by Mac Ahlberg, excellent ensemble acting led by Mikko Nousiainen as Ari, well written, witty, and deceptively clever on multiple levels, sexy, but not exploitive, featuring a kind of existential numbness to the beauty and meaning of the world spinning around Ari, who, while extremely attractive and intelligent, just doesn't have a clue about any sense of values or distinguishing importance about the people in his life, professionally or personally, whose lives are nearly destroyed by his self-centered, personally indulgent, yet unsatisfied life style, which freely allows him to pick up and screw other friend's girl friends without regard for the disastrous consequences, who lives in a perpetual state of lovelessness, sex for the sake of sex, so to speak, knowing virtually nothing about his partners, the less the better, such is the state of his emotional uninvolvement.
The film links his sexual exploration with his quest for spiritual redemption, which, personally, I found a bit premature, as a guy like Ari will always be a wandering soul, an existential nomad, especially when his needs are strangled by so-called mainstream relationships. This is kind of a MAD MAX with sex rather than cars, as Ari is wandering through the same wastelands.
