I contend that Jose found the chance to travel to Italy and film an Italian co-production to be an irresistible opportunity to lampoon the then-current trend of Italian cinema to make sexy left-wing film tracts. Not like the Godard tracts of the '60s, but many wonderful and hokey movies that I love, like Ugo Tognazzi fighting the class struggle against Romy Schneider in LA CALIFFA or any of the Bellocchio efforts of the time.
So what we have is a mind-bending story of two very sexy teachers who speak French at an Italian college where all the kids speak Italian. Femi Benussi, incorrectly described in the idiotic IMDb synopsis as "middle-aged" (she's 29 and looking fab here guys) teaches math, while Malisa Longo is in charge of literature.

A rich man rejects doing business with another man. The rejected man then kidnaps the rich man's wife. The plan is to train her thru S&M and make porn videos with her. Then will offer the videos to the rich husband for a high price or else release them to the public to cause embarrassment.
This is the third film in the Flower & Snake movie series although no characters or story are related. This film is weak on S&M compared to the previous two. The shibari is more simplistic. Even the sex scenes I found rather boring. But there are of course several fetishes included that were the more interesting parts of the film. Minako Ogawa who plays the female lead was excellent and extremely attractive but unfortunately the script was weak. The story played very well at the beginning but then the entire middle section was just sex & fetish scenes being played out. Little about the characters or plot. I only recommend this one for real fans of the Nikkatsu Roman Porno films. Otherwise you'll probably be bored.

The performances meet the demands of a script that prioritizes physical interaction and bodily expression over psychological insight.
Overall, J.B.1 is a strange film that remains faithful to its creator's aesthetic and thematic interests. It does not pretend to be a work of conventional narrative or a character study, but rather a loose, historical representation of its time.

This forgotten explicit film demonstrates clearly the dichotomy between competent photography and any semblance of filmmaking ability. It's not a movie at all, but over an hour of Silent Era travelogue plus explicit sex (without cumshots). The concept was to showcase in XXX mode the charms of Mariwin Roberts, who looks more like a Miss USA beauty contest winner than one of Bob Guccione's stable of models. Seeing her hump lame-o Gerry Roberts (presumably her husband) over and over is what you get, extremely boring after a while.
The opening credits advertise two other actresses, but they have fleeting non-sex bit parts as secretaries working with our heroine. Film is lamely framed as "what I did on my summer vacation" as Roberts tells them of her romance in Hawaii. The video box is even more misleading, listing several fictitious names of actresses plus "and more" when in fact this is as close to the two-hander cast format of SLEUTH as you can get. Perhaps the most relevant aspect of the film is that we will be able to enjoy the beautiful protagonist Mariwin Roberts in a sexually explicit role never before seen, a far cry from her more comfortable roles in B-movies and R-rated or softcore projects.
