If my wife, or my girlfriend, an actress, cheats on me and has real sex with her male partner on screen that would be unbearable, and intolerable too, and I would divorce as son as possible. This scene for me is so hot, the actor is not some complete nobody and she was in a relationship.
It seems that the movie is a bit forgotten or that they pretend it didn't happen. Maybe out of regret?
For example her agency doesn't list the movie in her resume.
