Yeah I was wondering the exact same thing. I don't have an answer for this to be honest. Maybe there aren't a lot of directors that produce these kind of movies, and those who do, are gay oriented. I don't know whether there is a specific genre that isn't gay, for example Pinoy erotic, Pinoy bold movies etc, we need to look into this further.
I think I did find a couple of movies that only had hetero in them, but I don't remember if there was anything explicit or not.
