I agree, it looks like a prosthetic! It doesn't resemble a real penis at all. And the reactions are exaggerated. In many simulated sex scenes, the emotions are very exaggerated; it doesn't feel anything like real sex scenes. You can't fake real pleasure.

I think this is due to the fact that they want to show realistic sex (because sex sells) but since the Me Too movement they can't risk two actors having something close to genital contact. Hence all the fake genitals and invisible underwear.
