Yes, it's very rare (and those are precious scenes), I have a lot of respect for the few actresses and actors who decide to have explicit sex in a mainstream film and I have even more respect for actors who are not from the porn industry, I think it's really courageous to go that far without being a professional porn actor.

I remember that the actress Adeline Rebeillard on French forums was called a whore and other insults. It must be hard to read that kind of thing about herself.

If I were a woman, I think I would tell myself: if it's to make love on screen, I might as well do porn and choose an ethical production team.

Appearing in a porn film carries less risk, so to speak, you go unnoticed. In contrast to mainstream films with explicit sex, it's so rare that people talk about it on specialized sites and forums like this one.

I've already asked myself this question, but what drives them to accept having an explicit sex scene in a mainstream film? It's quite particular to accept such a role. After all, they're not adult film actors and they agree to appear completely naked, in an intimate act. And once the film or short film is available to the public, there's no going back.

For the film "Chronique sexuelle d'une famille d'aujourd'hui", the casting process was very long, over six months, and most of the actors come from the adult film industry. It must be very challenging to do such a casting.

That being said, it doesn't shock me, making love is a natural act, it's not unhealthy.

It's true that it's very rare and I understand why. I put myself in the shoes of an actor or actress who is not from the adult film industry and who is offered a project that includes an explicit sex scene, I don't know if I would accept... ^^

But I love it!

And I agree with you, we find more of it in Europe and in smaller productions
