Alternatively, you could just record your screen. "Camtasia 8" is a great tool and you can use it for a month as a trial. Another program is "litecam HD". The quality is good, but the file size is pretty big with litecam HD. But Camtasia 8's file size is pretty good if you save it as mp4.
I was thinking of something a little less orthodox and conventional. If you are tech savvy. you can try getting the swf or file code in the page source option when you right click on chrome or right click -> page info -> media info on firefox. Personally I prefer applian replay media catcher which records RTMP files as well as the standard files and Ive downloaded practically hundreds of VOD stuff from sites which otherwise does not allow you to download media. You can use videocacheviewer to see if the streaming media is recorded anywhere in your temp folder.....
There are lots of options available and one or the other option will work provided I am ready to do a little digging.

the replay media catcher and the other programs i use all do the same ting it seems. they pick up little bits and pieces of the video not the whole video. and those pieces dot even play
