According to reviews, like this one, this or this, it is an artsy yet watchable film that contains unsimulated sex. Google had been a bit stingy on the details, but it involves a female, possibly only masturbating but possibly doing more. I also found hints that it might involve the leading actress, Betsey Brown. That would be impressive and cringable as she is Peter Vack's, the writer\director's, IRL sister. Also, cute IMHO.

I watched a "rough cut" via a torrent and it's a bizarre film.....almost in a Clockwork Orange style. This version included a hardcore scene (didn't seem to be an insert - maybe removed from the end cut), as well as some mild nudity and breastfeeding. Betsey Brown didn't get nude. The breastfeeding scene inferred it was Chloe Cherry, but boobs clearly way too big for hers.

It's definitely not Betsey Brown.

Character having sex in the movie is supposed to be "Louise Howard", but no reference to actress portraying Louise in the cast list.

Well, the porn scene is definitely not her, but is was shot for the movies with the main cast in the background, and was not just a "random porn clip on TV" type of scene. The breastfeeding scene could have been done with prosthetics (we see Betsy Brown removing a set of breasts prosthetics near the end), but the baby seems real and it would be hard to get a baby this age breastfeed on plastic - so it's probably an insert of a real breastfeeding?

However, we do see a long shot of her near the end (1:06:55) pissing in the subway, while people are passing, vag in full view. Also, in the scene with the vibrator, when she first removes it (in the motion-capture-esque environment) around 24:51, there's a blink-and-you-miss-it shot that appears as though she's *really* removing it.

All in all it's better than many of the offerings we got in the past few years.
