Here's an explanation for these changes in Europe (EU and UK):

Yeah, this is more or less what I found. What a load of crap. Has anyone found a workaround?

Is Vimeo dead for you guys as well, at least for Europe? We don't have the feed option anymore. They said that using a US VPN would work but I didn't have any luck.

VPN works. I tried it. I'm in Europe and cant access my feed without VPN. With VPN it works.
