I'm intrigued by this movie. It's hardcore, but has very glossy visuals and exceptionally beautiful actresses/actors, none of which I have recognized.

It looks like a trailer from one full-length movie, shot at one location, the old (european) mansion seen at the beginning. Actors look european as well.

The Erika Lust clue is good (lots of similarities with her style), but I haven't seen any movie or scene (the Xconfessions series) on her site which would fit the bill.

At least one scene (in the bath) seems to be bi-sexual or gay, and the VK account where this was uploaded has gay content. So this movie could be a niche product.

The actor(Ronald Zehrfeld) in this movie has been in another movie with explicit erection (Love Myself) where the main actress (Maria Schrader) grabs his dick hard rock. Seems he likes to go extra mile...
Also, the director of this movir (The Bulglar) is Aghas Ben Asher has directed another one called The Slut in which the main actors are clearly in almost unsimulated acts (dick grabbing, erections, genital touching etc..)
