Alessa Savage, a pornstar, plays in this (and also served as consultant in this film) and it specifically mentioned to have graphic penetrative sex on camera. I don't know who else does unsimulated scenes, and it may be just her or other pornstars, but this review implies that her costar in the scenes might be a real serious actor, Andrew Howard. Also, most of the cast are mainstream actors, so maybe there's a real potential to this one.
