Please explain what is meant by "unrated".

"unrated" means a version of the film that has not been submitted to a ratings board (like the Motion Picture Association) for official classification
as PG-13, R, or NC-17 rating. That's all ... there can be a number of reasons such as extended or alternate deleted scenes to the "rated" version, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it includes uncensored or more explicit material.

Before getting all excited, find out from the distributor what the differences are between the "rated" version vs. the "unrated" versions.

its not worth it, his "unrated" is just average nudity found online, so all his material is no different from online material.
