Nothing in the trailer suggests anything more than nudity, no mentions of it on the internet... I mean it's five years old, and one of the actress is the daughter of an ex french president. If there was any explicit sex in it, we would have heard about it (especially here in France)

Preggy nudity is super hot. It kind of removes some of the separation between the actress and the character. And this makes nude scenes even more personal and intimate. Tom Hardys wife Charlotte Riley did some nude scenes when she was pregnant too.
