I have read the interview with the director of this film. Although he uses the words "sexo real", it seems like he is talking about shooting the sex scene in a "naturalistic" way, not that there was unstimulated sex. Do you have any other source for your claim?

From Imdb - Director Marcelo Gomes revealed the sex scenes between João Miguel and Hermila Guedes are unsimulated: "I tried to build the sex scenes with the same naturalism that I built the other scenes, I didn't want to cover anything up", commented the director. "My actors were very comfortable, we did several rehearsals and, when I said 'action!', we were building this joke that later goes to real sex. Without any kind of modesty, because if he were on the scene it would deconstruct the whole thought. I was loyal to my character, if some people might be shocked I can't do anything." Anyone can write anything on IMDB. The first part of the quote is clearly taken from the link I posted, and then translated by google translate or something without understanding what the director is saying.

You can also deduct this from the second quote. Where the actress says that it should look believable to the viewer, and where the user has made up his own comment that she confirms the sex.

I had read that article long back , And now that i read it again i think you're right i had misunderstood before. When she said 'real' she was referring to physical authenticity and emotional commitment rather than talking about non-simulated sex.

You combine this info with critical thinking and visual analysis of inserstion wich many gets simulated in mainstream everynow and then the time spent on this occasion and it looks like a slight struggle to inter which is common in real sex lends weight to that it could be real.

General rule of thumb: always take with a grain of salt any claim on imdb's trivia section that a particular sex scene is unsimulated unless there's a reputable source to back it up. I have seen enough garbage there that sound suspiciously like they were written by the same idiot and his late-night fantasies.
