This is an erotic German TV movie. I couldn't find any trailer or full movie online but I suppose it has ample nudity and some explicit scenes. Young'n Claudia Michelsen ( 42plus movie star ) is an actress in it. ORF have it but they won't sell a DVD outside Germany/Austria.

From the caps on Ancensored there doesn't seem to be any explicit moments, just your ordinary European TV movie nudity.
