I have also read this interview, there is also another one where she talks about this subject, and her parents reaction (they said we trust you to decide yourself), among other things.

The blowjob is real, and seems to be her for sure.

The sex in the bed and on the table is more ambivalent. I haven't found any comments on them and it's difficult to see if they are actually having sex in the shown frames.

In this particular interview, it says the pool scenes where real. Scenes in prural. It's clear that the oral sex is real. But there is also a scene of doggystyle sex between the same actors in the pool that is sometimes cut from the movie.

The interview seems to suggest that that part was also real.

I’ve seen this movie more than a decade ago and, initially, I was astonished about a young gorgeous actress doing all this and still keep going with a regular acting career. Later on, some years after, again on this movie, (becoming less naïve…) I assumed these scenes were simulated and/or body doubles have been used extensively. Nowadays, after reviewing the videos, I have no doubt that was Loredana, herself, performing all scenes.
Blowjobs - The penis might be from an unnamed guy’s dick but it is definitely an erect penis. In addition, she’s explaining the backstage and situation on this, very openly without any issue - amazing and admirable atitude of Loredana, she is really great!
Swimming pool - no less remarkable, this scene is a landmark by itself. It is again openly spoken on what actress and actor did. Anyway, no 1999-CGI could simulate actor’s mouth+nose smashing actress genitalia, for so long, in a swimming pool, without cuts on the face-to-body sequence. Remarkable!
“Intercourse” scenes - impossible to be confirmed/discarded with the available videos (at least with this resolution). Trying to read directly from the Italian, I believe she suggests the sex did happen, but it is vague. In fact, they were all-time naked, sweating/wet, handling condoms, caressing, groping, behaving in a way one do when penetrative sex is involved. I personally believe they (all attractive and young) had absolutely no restrictions during all these scenes. Otherwise, she wouldn’t speak so relaxed on the topic. Despite the director and edition make a clear line to what it would simply make the film erotic into a porn classification. That line would be to include in the movie an explicitly visible penetration. Sad but true.
