Hoarding

I'm guessing I'm not the only hoarder of videofiles here. I have way too much. I spend so much time collecting and almost zero watching. How do you guys sort through what you have? I have many terrabytes of unwatched videos. I'm not gonna live long enough to watch it all. But I cant get myself to delete it either.

How are your guys systems? I have a keep-folder and an unsorted folder, but the unsorted is enormous.

Help.

I my case, I use a Plex Media Server with 12TB disks and I organize my movies by 3 sections :
-Watched Movies
-Watched Series
-To watch soon
-Downloaded

About watching movies it's not sure to do all but I try to make one movie by night !!

Ok, I wasnt being clear. when I mean videos I don't mean mainstream videos, but clips like we collect here.
