Turns out he was saying Bolivian-Mexican actress/director, Natalia Lopez Gallardo gives a BJ in the Mexican film Nuestro Tiempo (en: Our Time). Though I can't actually see any BJ in the results I've found.

As discussed already, the word explicit means different things to different people. However, in the context of this forum, I think it is generally taken to mean real/unsimulated and visible sex acts.
