Nudity on stage is a fairly popular niche. However, I find it hot only if the performers do as well. Hence I look for signs of arousal, particularly from the male performers (where it is more apparent).

I will also accept semi-erections, so long as they are apparent. Usually this means that in some part of the video the performer is fully soft, and you can compare the size difference at another point in time.

Please, if you know of any other examples, do share. (Bonus for instances of female arousal, which I have never conclusively observed in a performance art setting.)

Well, these are actually from a JAV (Japanese Adult Video, aka Japanese porn) called "The Eros Naked Ballet Swan Lake 2" by the JAV company Soft on Demand (SOD). You can find it by googling it's JAV code: "SDDO-047". Those Japanese really like their acronyms.

Anyway, and I'm not entirely sure about this because I don't know any Japanese, all of the main female cast (Ogawa Sara, Honjou Saya, Nakashima Sana and Oomori Riri) were amateurs (porn-wise) with real ballet backgrounds. They agreed to do this because $$$. I couldn't dig up any real info on the actresses, nor did I try too hard.

It's interesting to know if there's a "The Eros Naked Ballet Swan Lake 1" or "The Eros Naked Ballet Swan Lake 3". I do know the JAV company Rocket (films starting with RCT-*) used to do high budget porn films, the kind that won't get financed today, and they too had a series of films with "real" professionals trying to get money in porn. Look for Mika Kojima in RCT-298 for another ballerina-turned-pornstar. She also did a second nearly-identical ballerina film with lower budget for a different company, DREAMROOM, if I remember correctly.

By "real professionals" I meant non-porn professionals. Contortionists, musicians, etc. People that had a hard time making real money in their profession, so they went to a JAV studio for some income. And of course, the JAV studio learned about their skills in the pre-film interview and decided to make a "themed porn" on the subject.

Back then you could really have made high quality films with a big cast and get back your investment. Today these films compete with a huge amount of low-budget porn which makes them unprofitable - why invest a large sum on actors (or wannabes) and sets when you get roughly the same profit on a one-actress-in-a-motel-room gonzo from porn streaming sites?

Although it's a 100% pay site, you can try zenra.net - at least for info. You can then google the net to find the production code (e.g. the "SDDO-047"). Once you have the code, you can google it again with or without the hyphen and see what you come up with.

Other than that, JAV is tricky - at least for non-Japanese. There are a lot of treasures out there, but they only come with a Japanese description or a severely mangled and weird english translation. From my experience, it's mostly hit-and-miss random googling.
