The director stated in several interviews that, although the main cast didn't perform real penetration, the penis was real. They are obviously touching and as Chantal stated in the making of, there are moments where she would sit on an erection and would joke to "put it straight for me please". They used smart camera angles and edits to make it look real. The way they shot this wouldn't be easy to do these days with guidelines for main stream actors though, but the actors all agreed to shoot it this way, to serve the rawness of the story.

Thank you for the additional info! Which scene? There is one where the main actress puts on a condom. This one is for sure real. But there is the other one where she gives orl sex, and that one looks more suspicious. Is that also real?

Well, real in the sense that she is stroking a real erect penis, and when she goes down, she is pushing it against her cheek (outside / off side camera). For the actor/actress that little 'wrong angle' makes a huge difference. The camera is set up in a way, that it looks as if it goes down her mouth. So the scene where she performs oral sex, the "oral" part is fake, but no prostetics nor stand-ins were used.
The scene in the hotel room is also semi-real. Yes real actors and real body parts, but no real penetration.
The orgy scene in the club is totally real. These are real swingers who where asked to go at it and the drinks were free.
