A recent podcast in around the 13:47 mark she starts talking about the movie and how the sex scenes were real, first she says we filmed real sex scenes and then says that the movie was about showing real orgasms which she says it was important for her to have real orgasms. After this the host asks if she had real sex in the movie or was it just masturbation or sex with a person (She hasnt seen the movie) and then Antje answers by talking about the masturbation scene with the dildo in the strip club but then goes back to the question (if there was real sex scenes) and says "I always say one should always keep some secrets, all what you see is real but then there is the question what do you actually see and its different for different people" and then starts to ramble more.
My interpretation is that she first admitted to having real sex and then tried to make it look ambiguous, I think the sex with the older dude in the lake is real while the scene with the biker could be real but maybe isn't, she must have had sex at least once and we clearly see the blowjob in the lake scene and her facial expression looks too real in the scenes prior to the blowjob, penetration must have happened during that scene.
