1. Add the word "save" before "vk" so, for example, "https://vk.com/video-143809463_456240630" becomes "https://savevk.com/video-143809463_456240630".
2. Select the resolution you want among those available (the buttons 240p, 360p, ... - you probably want 720p).
3. When the video opens for playback, right-click it and press "Save As...".
4. ???
5. Profit!

Thank you, but I tried this before and just tried it now.
When I click 1080p it takes me to a chrome extention.
When i click 240p it says not found.
