The whole "Needle Boy" thread in Requests got me to think about the rarer, "missed" titles in my collection. I fished these two out, searched to see if they had already been posted and uploaded them for your viewing pleasure. I apologize if I screwed up and they are re-posts. Also, I wasn't sure whether they belong here or in the "Not Mainstream" forum. So here goes:

Hakujitsumu is an art film (sort of...) by serious Japanese director Tetsuji Takechi based on a short story by Jun'ichirô Tanizaki. The plot is about a woman at the dentists office that fantasizes about him chasing and molesting her. And yes, it's artsy, surreal and weird. And also explicit. It is considered by some to be the first pornographic Japanese film, and was quite popular and profitable at the time.

This is the 1981 version. It is actually the director's second attempt after the soft-core 1964 version. There is also another soft version done in 2009 and directed by the lead actress (Tetsuji Takechi died in 1988).

Speaking of the lead actress, Kyôko Aizome did become a fully-fledged pornstar who is roughly the equivalent in notoriety to western icons such as Marilyn Chambers and Linda Lovelace. The lead actor however, Kei Satô, was a serious and respected actor that appeared in many films until his death in 2010.

As for Hakujitsumu 2: it's mostly porn, sorry. I included it for completion's sake. Done by the same director and with the same leading actress, it's (another?) remake that tries to be as artsy as it's predecessor. It fails o_O.

Should you choose to download these, don't expect BluRay quality 4K visuals. These are low-budget old titles from a shitty source. Be warned!

Well, I do not think these movies are something rare. In actual fact, they are easily available on porn tube sites, at least the first one.

Perhaps, although it took me quite a while to find a copy when I looked several years ago, and nearly all I found while searching "Hakujitsumu" are clips from the soft versions. Obviously it's somewhere online as I don't have the resources (read: original VHS tapes and hardware) to rip movies myself...

A lot of things are easy to find IMHO if you know what to look for, but finding which titles to look for is 80% of the problem. Honestly, how many people here knew that this film exists, let alone explicit, before I posted it?

Some movies are nearly impossible to find online. Off the top of my head I can think of several hidden gems I've been trying to find for years (for free. 'cause I'm cheap) with no success:
  • Surreal Sicko (2012) by Bill Zebub
  • Black Metal Veins: Uncut And Uncensored (2012) by Lucifer Valentine. I have the normal soft version (which is easy to find), but I've only seen screenshots from the uncensored version. Explicit screenshots.
  • Promiscuities (2014) by Jonathan Leder.
  • ...
Thing is, rarity is a matter of time. Some shockingly explicit movie gets produced but fails to achieve online presence and becomes "unobtainable". Some chap, possibly the producer, digitizes and posts the film on some obscure limited-interest art forum several years later and it becomes "rare". Another bloke finds it, downloads it and posts it to P***hub and it becomes "common". No, I'm not British.

I say, take the win.

The Promiscuities sex scenes are pretty easy to find if you search for them. There is some explicit nudity and maybe a hint of a blowjob as far as I remember, but nothing more. Are you refering to an uncensored version perhaps?

Also, can you share the screenshot of the uncut version of Black Metal Veins? :) Or at least pinpoint us where to find them?

Last time I checked the Promiscuities sex scenes were from the teaser trailer(s) on Vimeo and not full scenes from the short movie itself. And I'm pretty sure at least one teaser had a facial cu*shot in it. If you know more...

As for the BMV screens, I don't actually have them, but they where on the distributor's site. If I recall correctly, this was released by TLA releasing in their now-defunct PopPorn site. Before they went all gay :(

I hadn't seen those scenes before, so thanks. AZNude used to have some decent and rare, albeit few and badly organized, explicit clips. Then they started the whole porn-flood thing and I pretty much gave up on using the site.

My memory could betray me, and it could be something left from an older cut (e.g. Love Machine), but I'm pretty sure I'd once seen a facial cumshot in the color "Videodrome" scene with the short BJ. At least in the teasers.

Now I don't want to be the starter of unfounded rumors but there might be some extended version out there. Or there might not be. Anyway, I would had liked to have seen the whole thing.

I had actually bought and watched Promiscuities, plus the "extra scenes" it mentions on the website. The blowjob (or at least very explicit) scenes were heavily cut, if I remember correctly the final version might have had a couple of seconds more than the trailers. Leder's American Ecstasy is a ghost film now. He'd gathered "more than 40 hours of footage" for it according to an interview years ago and the movie never came out. It's evident that Amy Hood has performed many "extra-mile" scenes for Leder, and while she's not a "mainstream" actress, I personally agree with sowbb on finding rare films that just aren't porn. It's hard to explain but even a clearly pornographic, underground scene can be close to a mainstream"feeling" which is what most of us have been looking for years now.

P.S.
Nothing explicit (except maybe 1:50), but a testament to how hot Amy Hood is and that Leder has most likely shot many explicit scenes besides Promiscuities.

Yes i was a crowd funder, and really it was just her prancing around nude with about 8 seconds of her giving a blowjob. I couldnt really tell if it was prosthetic or not...amy hood has since dropped off the grid i guess.

This is almost all of the action you see in the full movie.
