I performed at a performance art festival in 2017 naked and with an erection. It was a durational piece during the local artist showcase. However, I find it hot only if the performers do as well. Hence I look for signs of arousal, particularly from the male performers (where it is more apparent).
I will also accept semi-erections, so long as they are apparent. Usually this means that in some part of the video the performer is fully soft, and you can compare the size difference at another point in time.
Please, if you know of any other examples, do share. (Bonus for instances of female arousal, which I have never conclusively observed in a performance art setting.)

Genuine question, who comes up with these ideas to have a guy naked and erect for an art piece? Not criticizing, just curious as to how these shows function. The one you showed before it just seemed super random you stood thete dancing erect when nothing else in the show was nude (that I could see)

The first time I did a nude performance art piece, I was hired to do it by another artist. I sat in a small enclosed space while German songs played on a TV there. This artist asked me to have an erection, so I did. People would climb down in the hole and sit with me. There were a lot of people at this event, but only a few at a time could crawl down and sit with me. Here are a few photos of it.
What was the purpose of it? I have no idea. But the artists running that gallery made up some BS.
When I got the chance to do one myself, I wanted to do something similar but out in the open. So I did, and I loved it.
