This confusion has been brought once before here. Because the two movies share the same name, whoever added the keywords on IMDb must have mixed up the two movies, because the keywords that are in the link you provided are by far more related to the other Mia movie with Aya Wolf. @Petr_1988 is right, but I cannot blame you because it's not your fault.
This is just the trailer. I think the movie itself has explicit scenes. Not all trailers teases sex scenes...

I've got the film or did have it i can't remember and yeah there's no explicit sex at all, i'm pretty sure there's no nudity ether, there is one sex scene but its pretty tame.

@letsgroove37. Mia (2018) is not the same film as Mia (2017). You're referencing scenes from the 2017 short film. This has been pointed out by @mammos already...read the whole post.
