Not sure if I would categorize it as entirely mainstream, I mean Brigitte Lahaie stars in it and I think a couple other girls that did some xconfessions or other amateur/hardcore stuff, but it has a mainstream vibe, I think it is/was also on Canal+, and not all actors seem to be into porn so there's that.

It is not mainstream. It is interesting if you grew up in the 80s, because Brigitte Lahaie, who is an iconic former porn star, decided to come back and do one last porn movie.
