Looks interesting. A lot of articles use the word explicit in it, but I couldn't find anything concrete that might refer to anything unsimulated. Do you perhaps have any more info?

This film recently played in the Sao Paulo Film Festival. It might have explicit content, but don't expect much... the film was rated 16 instead of 18. In Brazil, 16 rated films will never have anything too explicit or real sex (if so, it would be rated 18+).

Thanks for the info. This is my take as well, probably will be graphic and best-case scenario borderline explicit. Still, I hope that it will deliver some nice scenes.
