I am not sure if there is explicit sex or not but the scenes are very hot and I have to talk that I prefer scenes like this but not scenes with explicit sex with underground films etc..

I agree only in part, since it is true that sometimes the innuendo tends to be more morbid than showing explicit details. What happens is that this concept makes Kokoloko one more film in the crowd, without a specific particularity or cinematographic significance, which is precisely what the most explicit and much rarer mainstream films have.
